Where's My Order?
1. Please double check your postage option. 72Hr - UK Standard - Rest of the World
2. Have you received a dispatch email, saying you order has been shipped?
3. Within you dispatch email there's a Royal Mail tracking code 13 digits. Please check this number on www.royalmail.com for shipping status.
4. Check with your local sorting office/
5. Double check you haven't been left a card by the Royal Mail
6. Contact us, orders@tshirts365.com quoting your order number and tracking code.
Making a Return?
Please note we will not refund shipping costs for size or colour changes, however, if your product is faulty or incorrect Tshirts365 will refund the cost of postage. Replacements will be sent by standard post at our cost and may take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched.
Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.
When returning goods you are advised to use recorded delivery -
Tshirts365 cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged or that has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.
All "Sale" goods sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We do our best to ensure that your orders arrive in a safe and timely manner. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct and inform us of anything that may assist us in delivering your order. This includes such things as proper spelling of street names, complete house numbers, postal codes, etc. You can also choose to have your order sent to an address other than the billing address such as your place of work.
UK Up to 3 days items are sent using the Special Delivery service and a signature is required on delivery. Should there be no one to sign for the package the item will be taken back to the local sorting office where it will be held for 3 weeks. Should items go missing we are able to track them. Please note that up to 72 hours delivery only applies to weekday orders received before midday and items may be delivered quicker than 72 hours.
UK & Ireland Standard delivery items are sent using the standard service (Not Ireland) Please note that UK Standard delivery orders may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered as we print all items on demand. The majority of orders are delivered within 4-7 days however.
Overseas Standard delivery items are sent using First Class mail and a signature is NOT required. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties & taxes for which Tshirts365 cannot be liable. Overseas orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Please note that the Republic or Ireland is included as Overseas.

Do you pay for Ideas or Designs?
Yes, if there very good we do, for ideas we give a royalty per t-shirt sale, or freebies.
For finished designs ready to print we'd also pay royalty and a fee.
